Where are the items listed in this store?
All items are authentic Japanese releases (NOT BOOTLEG) and are stored in New Zealand - where it will be sent from.

How do I go about ordering?
Add items into the cart, go through checkout, place order. Wait for my confirmation for shipping costs.

Absolutely!

What shipping options are available?
All items will be shipped via insured airmail parcel. This will take approximately 2 weeks to arrive (may take slightly longer for European countries).

What type of payments do you accept?
Paypal, amazon e-gift vouchers (system is set to cash on delivery so that payment can be handled manually).

Why do I get an 'item is no longer available' email after I've completed my purchase?
Most items listed in the store has a quantity = 1, with little chance of restocking - they are one of a kind! You will be getting an 'item(s) is/are no longer available' email with instructions on what to do next.

When will my order be shipped out?
You will get a shipping confirmation sent to your contact email. Items are usually shipped within 2 working days following confirmation of payment. If you do not hear from me within 4 working days - please contact me.

What if my items did not arrive/was damaged during shipping?
For non-arrivals: please allow for a 1 week leeway (on top of the quoted 2 weeks). Then: Contact me and I will start the insurance processing with the post office. You will need to reply to their query by mail (I will have to wait for their confirmation). Some times, the PO can track your package down for you :) Damaged items: Contact me.

Why is my shipping charge $0?
Shipping costs are manually calculated to offer you the best option. Please read the FAQ for shipping costs. I will invoice you the total.
